Scooter, Mural, Portland
Who are all these scooter-driving people who insist on parking by artwork and murals? I am forced to take pictures of them. Notice the bicycle in the painting.
I think they do it for camouflaging purposes. In case an inattentive would-be thief mistakes their Vespa as being part of the mural.
