There are water fountains all over Rome. Some are more ancient than others. This is another instance of an image that appears to have spot color special effects - but it doesn't. I love that look of an image that appears to be monochrome but isn't.Alex of Upright Brewing asked me for an 8x10 print of this image.
I love Rom so much. this photo is great bc the perspective is so unique. these fountains are so common all over italy and so practical!
