I was gone on vacation last week. This is what I was shooting. This is Sayulita, a quaint little traditional mexican town and a surfer's ideal destination. I took this photograph on a vintage camera - a Zeiss Ikon.

Boat on Crater Lake

When I was in college I inherited my grandfather's old twin-lens camera. He used to use it in the 1950s when he was a photo journalist. Like other simple mechanical devices of its time, it was built to last, and it still works. I love it for the square format photos it takes.
This picture was taken on an unusually calm day in September. It's very rare to see the lake so still.
I offer this one as an 8x8 here, but I have also printed it much larger. It looks really good as a 20x20, and I have a 44x44 that was hanging in a show at Pro Photo Supply that I'm not sure what to do with. Any ideas?
